Reliable and effective customer support is perhaps the most important service we provide. As an integral component of our solutions, clients are provided with a selection of training and support packages, in line with and complimentary to, the complexity of their installation. To many customers, the luxury of an in-house system administrator is an excessive expense. For these customers we provide on-site and remote administrative services on a scheduled and on-call basis. Existing customers also have access to further support facilities such as email, Internet and fax-on-demand. Remote access techniques allow Ingenium to perform an increasing number of post installation system administration and reconfiguration services remotely. This allows us secure remote access to a client's system and, with the appropriate systems in place, the ability to repair or update software configurations with the minimum of downtime and inconvenience.
